MUSICAL GROUP SUBMISSION

Musical groups interested in being considered for performing at The Second Annual Bay Area Latin Jazz Festival should use this application form to submit their entries. We're interested in entries from bands who play Latin jazz, salsa, and other Latin music genres.

When submitting (uploading) photos and MP3 files, please allow from 3 to 5 minutes for the files to be uploaded after you press the "SEND" button. The maximum size per file is 10mb.

Please allow up to a week for a reply regarding our decision.
